DESCRIPTION

A timeless design, yet a beautiful wool rug tufted in soft, extra-short wool pile, with a slightly longer pile finish at two of the edges. Handcrafted by our artisans in non-dyed natural color, this runner rug is available in two practical sizes.Thanks to our WOOLABLE (R) patent, our wool rugs are also machine washable. They are lightweight and less rigid than traditionally tufted wool rugs.Comes with a practical cotton tote bag and a separate anti-slip underlay.

WASHING & CARE INSTRUCTIONS
  • Wash separately at 86 °F maximum
  • Do no use bleach of fabric softeners
  • Use a gentle cycle (Do not use agitator)
  • We recommend using our special sustainable soap
  • We recommend using our dryer balls to ensure a longer lifespan
  • Tumble dry at low temperature. Do not leave in the washer
  • Avoid continuous exposure to sun
  • If you find a long thread cut it with scissors. Never pull it
  • Use a low-powered vacuum cleaner regulary to clean and counteract shedding.
  • Clean spots & absorbs liquids
  • Using a rug pad may help prevent excessive shedding.
  • Our Woolable rugs are recommended for children over 3 years old, as shedding can cause discomfort for babies and toddlers playing on the floor.
  • Avoid using cleaning robots or vacuums with beater bars to prevent damaging the pile.
  • Do not use a washing machine with a center centrifuge / agitator, as it may damage the rug.

Touched by seeing children whose future is determined by their family's economic circumstances, Lorena Canals decided to offer her own social support by giving them access to education. This is how the Sakûla Project was born, a nursery school in the north of India where street children can receive food and education. There are currently 120 children attending the school and counting.
