UGC Terms and Conditions

At Lorena Canals, we love seeing how our products are used and how they fit into your homes. That’s why we encourage you to share images or videos on www.lorenacanals.com and www.lorenacanals.us.

These materials are primarily published on the product pages of our website and in an inspiration gallery to provide our customers with ideas on how to use Lorena Canals products. In some cases, they may also be featured on the homepage of Lorena Canals, our social media channels, or our newsletters.

By responding to our request to publish your content, you agree to the following General Terms of Use (UGC):

Publication of Photos and/or Videos in the Gallery
- Any photos or videos posted on social media that tag any of Lorena Canals’ social media profiles may be selected by our team to appear on our website (www.lorenacanals.com and www.lorenacanals.us), in our newsletter, and on our social media channels.
- Your profiles must be set to “public” so that we can view your photo. Otherwise, your content will not be visible and cannot be selected.

Selection Criteria and Visual Identity Guidelines
- Lorena Canals will select photos and/or videos that highlight our products and best align with the brand’s image and spirit.
- The photos and/or videos must clearly showcase at least one Lorena Canals product.
- Selection will be based on size, quality, and aesthetics.
- Photos and/or videos must not violate public order, good morals, or applicable laws.
- We prohibit the publication of any abusive photos and/or videos that may be considered violent, dangerous, threatening, defamatory, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, profane, or pornographic.
- Lorena Canals is under no obligation to use the materials, even if they meet all conditions outlined in these General Terms of Use.
- If your photo is selected from a social media post, you will receive a comment from Lorena Canals’ official account. Please reply with the hashtag #yeslorenacanals to authorize its use and accept these General Terms of Use.

Assignment of Photo Rights
- By posting a photo or video, you certify that you own the copyright to the images and have obtained any necessary image rights from individuals appearing in them.
- If the photos feature minors, you confirm that you have obtained prior consent from their legal guardians.
- By uploading your photos and/or videos and publishing content in the Gallery, you accept that your materials may be displayed on the following platforms: the commercial website www.lorenacanals.com and www.lorenacanals.us, as well as all marketing and brand promotion materials (campaigns, catalogs, social media, and customer communications).
- By submitting a photo and/or video, you grant Lorena Canals a free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license.
- You authorize Lorena Canals to use, modify, alter, and reproduce the photos and/or videos, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by any technical means and on any medium, including its commercial website, various social media channels, and customer communication platforms.
- By submitting a photo or video, you agree not to take any legal action (including on behalf of third parties) regarding the use of the images as described above against Lorena Canals or any party acting on its behalf.

Requesting Photo Removal
- You may request the removal of a photo or video at any time. Each piece of content includes a ‘report’ button located in the bottom right corner, which you can use to file a request.

Processing of Personal Data
- Your personal data, collected by Lorena Canals when you upload your photo, will be used to integrate your content into the described platforms and to promote Lorena Canals' brand image.
- You may access, correct, or request limitations on the processing of your data by sending an email to: commsassistant@lorenacanals.com.
