Unfortunately the package did not arrive at its destination and I am very saddened. It was a gift for my uncle who is a priest in Italy so that his small room is more comfortable. But the delivery was very complicated!!! The package was not deposited at his address and my uncle did not know how to do what was necessary to pick it up because he was too little used to his things there. He went to GLS Bologna but the package had already left. Where I don't know?

El playmat es monísimo, que queda bien en cualquier espacio ademas de ser muy práctica al ser lavable, cómoda y agradable al tacto, la bebe esta encantada con la florecita táctil. Perfecta fomentar el tummy time. Un regalo bonito, útil y bien hecho, totalmente recomendable.

I love it so much, but I put another one to put side-by-side with the other one. I bought two small sized rugs so that it would be easier to wash in our washing machine. I love the quality and the natural materials. I will definitely be buying again, I got the samples to see the colors and the textures of the wool versus the cotton. I’m using this in the playroom where my kids play, including my four-year-old and my newborn.
I absolutely love this rug - it’s the perfect size for the nursery and the subtle colors are calming. My kids love playing with the various solar system characters that came with the rug and I get the piece of mind that it’s made with non-toxic materials

La alfombra es preciosa y suave. Sin embargo los acabados podrían mejorar. Pierde hebras todo el tiempo, la casa siempre tiene pelusas y tras año y medio de uso ya tiene algunas calvas.
Its nice! Wish the weave was thicker though. Its decieving in the photo. For example, there’s a lot of space in between the fabric where you can see the bottom of the mat. For the price, a bit ridiculous. I do love the style so theres that!

Es normal que nuestras alfombras lavables suelten pelusa durante los primeros meses. Esto se debe a que las alfombras son realizadas de forma artesanal y el acabado se realiza cortando a mano, y al hacer esto quedan los restos de pelusa en la misma alfombra del algodón que fue cortado. Por lo tanto, si la alfombra suelta pelusa durante los primeros meses, la alfombra no está defectuosa.
Para poder reducir las pelusas, le podemos dar las siguientes recomendaciones:
- Aspirar con frecuencia y cepillar la alfombra en el sentido de la felpa, con una escoba de pelo duro.
- Antes de lavarla en la lavadora, aspirarla y/o cepillarla, según comentado antes.
- Luego de cepillar, lavar y secar la alfombra en secadora a baja temperatura para que la alfombra recupere su textura suave y se eliminen las pelusas.
No recomendamos el uso de los robots de limpieza sobre nuestras alfombras porque las aspas que le permiten libre movilidad sobre las superficies pueden engancharse de los hilos y dañar la alfombra.
