DESCRIPTION

For the love of tiles! This design depicts the traditional checkerboard kitchen tile pattern on a rug. Its contrasting squares in toffee and cream add a bold statement to any room decor. The tile joints reveal the bare canvas beneath, made by blending our RugCycled® base with natural undyed cotton yarn. Kitchen tiles never felt so soft to tread!

WASHING & CARE INSTRUCTIONS
  • Wash separately at 86 °F maximum
  • Do no use bleach of fabric softeners
  • Use a gentle cycle (Do not use agitator)

Touched by seeing children whose future is determined by their family's economic circumstances, Lorena Canals decided to offer her own social support by giving them access to education. This is how the Sakûla Project was born, a nursery school in the north of India where street children can receive food and education. There are currently 120 children attending the school and counting.
