Handcrafted with short wool tufting over a dark grey canvas base, this timeless design offers versatile style and long-lasting durability. 

Thanks to our WOOLABLE® patent, it’s machine washable at home, lightweight, and more flexible than traditional tufted wool rugs—a perfect combination of beauty and functionality for daily life.

WASHING & CARE INSTRUCTIONS
  • Capacity of the washing machine 19lb or higher
  • Wash separately at 86 °F maximum
  • Use a low-powered vacuum cleaner regulary to clean and counteract shedding.
  • Tumble dry at low temperature. Do not leave in the washer
  • We recommend using our dryer balls to ensure a longer lifespan
  • Use a gentle cycle (Do not use agitator)
  • We recommend using our special sustainable soap
  • Do no use bleach of fabric softeners
  • Avoid continuous exposure to sun
  • Using a rug pad may help prevent excessive shedding.
  • Our Woolable rugs are recommended for children over 3 years old, as shedding can cause discomfort for babies and toddlers playing on the floor.
  • Avoid using cleaning robots or vacuums with beater bars to prevent damaging the pile.
  • Do not use a washing machine with a center centrifuge / agitator, as it may damage the rug.

This is how the Sakûla Project was born, a nursery school in the north of India where street children can receive food and education.
