In order to access the B2B portal, you will need a contact email associated to your account and you will receive an email with a 6-digit code which you will need to submit to access. If you have any issues with access, please contact our customer service department (customerserviceb2b@lorenacanals.com)
How can I change my stored address and/or add a new one?
- To change your stored address or add a new one to your customer account, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your customer account on our website.
- Click on "Edit Profile" or "My Account" in the drop down menu.
- In the "Edit Addresses" section, click on "Add new address".
- Enter your new address or update existing information, such as shipping or billing address.
- Click "Add new address" to save your new address or update your existing information.
You can also delete an existing address by clicking "Delete" next to the address you wish to remove.
